Effective 12 September 2026. These terms cover the use of 627agency.com and the way 627 Agency engages with clients.

1. Who we are

627 Agency is the brand name of 627 Marketing Services Sole Proprietorship - LLC OPC, a company licensed in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates, under licence number CN-5230159. In these terms, "627", "we", "us" and "our" refer to that company. Our contact details are at the foot of this page.

2. This website

627agency.com is an information site describing our services and giving you ways to contact us. Nothing on it is sold directly through the site, and browsing it does not create a contract between us. The content is provided as general information about the agency and may be updated at any time without notice.

You may view and share the site for your own information. You may not copy, reproduce or reuse its text, design, code or images for commercial purposes without our written permission. Client marks shown on the site belong to their respective owners and are displayed to describe our experience only.

3. Contacting us

The contact form on the site prepares a message that you then send yourself through WhatsApp or your own email application. We treat any message you send as an enquiry, not as an order or instruction. Details of what happens to the information in it are in our privacy policy.

4. How we engage with clients

Our services are marketing, creative, content production, social media management, e-commerce and web development, and AI consulting and development. Every engagement is defined in a written scope, quotation or proposal that states the deliverables, timeline, fees and payment terms. That document, together with these terms, forms the agreement for the work. Where the two differ, the written scope takes precedence.

Work begins once the scope is accepted in writing (email is sufficient) and any deposit stated in it has been received. Changes to the scope after acceptance are agreed in writing and may affect fees and timelines.

5. Fees and payment

Fees are stated in UAE dirhams unless the scope says otherwise and are exclusive of VAT, which is charged at the applicable rate. Invoices are payable by the date stated on them. If payment is late, we may pause work and delivery until the account is settled. Payment methods, deposits and cancellation terms are described in the written scope.

6. Client responsibilities

Clients provide the brand assets, product information, access and approvals needed to deliver the work, and confirm that they have the right to let us use those materials. Clients are responsible for the accuracy of product claims, regulatory information and any content they ask us to publish on their behalf. Timelines assume that feedback and approvals arrive within the review periods stated in the scope.

7. Intellectual property

Final deliverables become the client's property once the related fees are paid in full. Until then, they remain ours. Concepts, drafts and options that are not selected remain our property. We keep the right to use our own tools, methods, templates and general know-how on other projects. Unless agreed otherwise in writing, we may describe the work in general terms in our own credentials, without disclosing confidential information.

8. Confidentiality

We keep client information confidential and use it only to deliver the agreed work. Clients do the same with our pricing, methods and unpublished materials. This obligation continues after the engagement ends.

9. Third-party services

Some work relies on platforms and services run by others, such as social networks, e-commerce platforms, advertising accounts and AI tools. We use them with care but we do not control them. We are not responsible for changes to their features, pricing, policies or availability, nor for their decisions about accounts or content.

10. Liability

We deliver our services with professional skill and care. To the extent permitted by UAE law, our total liability for any claim connected with an engagement is limited to the fees paid to us for that engagement, and we are not liable for indirect losses such as loss of profit, revenue or reputation. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

11. Governing law

These terms and any engagement with us are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi. The courts of Abu Dhabi have jurisdiction over any dispute, after a good-faith attempt to resolve it directly between us.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they were last changed. Engagements already in progress stay on the terms that applied when the scope was accepted.
