Privacy policy

Effective 12 September 2026. How 627 Agency handles personal information collected through this website and through client work.

1. Who is responsible

This policy is issued by 627 Marketing Services Sole Proprietorship - LLC OPC, trading as 627 Agency, licence number CN-5230159, Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. We are the party responsible for the personal information described here. Questions about it can be sent to info@627agency.com.

2. What this website collects

Very little. The site is a static page. It does not use cookies and does not run analytics or advertising trackers.

When you submit the contact form, the information you enter, such as your name, company, email address, the services you are interested in, a budget range and your message, is stored in a database on our Cloudflare account so that we can follow up, and an email notification is sent to us through our email provider. The form then hands the same message to WhatsApp or to your own email application so you can send it directly. Enquiry records are kept for as long as they are relevant to a potential or ongoing relationship, then deleted. You can ask us to delete yours at any time using the contact details below.

Our hosting provider records standard technical data when the site is served, such as your IP address, browser type and the time of the request, for security and reliability. We do not use this data to identify visitors.

3. Enquiries and correspondence

When you contact us by WhatsApp, email or phone, we keep your message and contact details in order to reply, prepare a proposal and, if we work together, manage the engagement. Messages sent by WhatsApp are processed by WhatsApp (Meta Platforms) under its own terms and privacy policy. Emails are processed by our email provider. We keep enquiry correspondence for as long as it is relevant to the relationship, then delete it.

4. Client work

During an engagement we may receive personal information belonging to a client's customers, audience or staff, for example in analytics reports, customer lists for email campaigns, or content featuring creators and employees. We process that information only on the client's instructions, only for the agreed work, and only for as long as the work requires. The client remains responsible for having a lawful basis to share it with us.

5. Why we use personal information

• To reply to enquiries and prepare proposals.
• To deliver and administer client engagements, including invoicing.
• To meet legal and accounting obligations in the UAE.
• To keep records of our business relationships.

We do not sell personal information and we do not use it for marketing to you without your consent.

6. Who we share it with

We share personal information only with service providers who help us run the business, such as email, messaging, cloud storage, accounting and project management tools, and only to the extent needed. Some of these providers operate outside the UAE. Where that is the case, we choose providers with appropriate security and contractual protections. We may also disclose information where the law requires it.

7. Security

We protect the information we hold with access controls, encrypted services and limited internal access. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we take reasonable steps to prevent loss, misuse and unauthorised access.

8. Your rights

Subject to UAE law, including Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data where it applies, you may ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, or object to how we use it. Write to info@627agency.com and we will respond within a reasonable time. We may ask you to confirm your identity first.

9. Children

This website and our services are intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.

10. Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the current version. Significant changes will be reflected here and, where appropriate, communicated to clients directly.
